NEW RESIDENTIAL WATER RATES EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2021


*Monthly minimum charges for water services, based on size of a ¾” meter with a 4 CCF (400 cubic feet) volume allowance:


*Water usage for single, duplex or triplex residences in excess of the volume allowance included in the minimum usage shall be billed at the following rates:

The Lower Valley Water District does not collect from the users of each, and every service connected to the water system a monthly water supply replacement charge and storm water management bill as does the El Paso Water Utilities-Public Service Board.

*Monthly minimum charges for water service are based on size of meter with a 4 CCF’s (400 cubic feet) volume allowance:

Water used by residential users (larger than ¾”) in excess of the volume allowance included in the minimum charge shall be billed at the following rates:

USERS EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2021


The charge for the first 4 CCF’s (400 cubic feet) of water is included in the minimum charge, which varies by meter size. Water usage in excess of the volume allowance included in the minimum usage shall be billed at the following rates:

SEWER RATES


IMPORTANT NOTICE

RESIDENTIAL SEWER RATES
EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2021


*The commodity charge for residential shall be calculated based on 100% of AWC* in excess of the volume allowance included in the minimum charge. The minimum and commodity charge will be set through the following February billing cycle.
The current Average Winter Consumption (AWC) is based on the water consumption for the 4 months; November, December, January and February and drop the lowest month.
New residential customers and/or returning customers, requesting service on/or after March 1 of any given year, will be billed based on 100 % of the monthly water volumetric usage, the rate will be set through the following February billing cycle.
